Shipping Method: Most packages are shipped via UPS, Very small or lightweight packages *may* be shipped via U.S. Mail if it proves more economical.
Ship From: All packages will be shipped direct from one of our fulfillment centers, so parcels may be shipped from Florida, Missouri, and/or California as required.

We will not ship products internationally that may violate customs regulations. These products may include (but are not limited to) : Gun Parts, Air Guns, Knives, Bullets, Brass cartridges, Gun Accessories, Military and Tactical Gear and optics. Please check with your country of residence BEFORE ordering to ensure that products you want to order are permitted to be imported to your country. While we make every effort to ensure that orders to be shipped internationally will comply with import/export restrictions, we will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for shipments that are delayed or confiscated by customs inspectors.
Orders for restricted products are carefully evaluated and *MOST LIKELY* such orders will be canceled and payments refunded.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

- . Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
- . Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
- . Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Delays in Shipping: From time to time, there may be weather or environmental factors that will delay or prevent package carriers from making timely deliveries. Packages that are shipped from our fulfillment centers in affected regions may be delayed while there may be severe weather or other environmental, political or natural events that may affect transportation routes.
Address Corrections: Occasionally, we will be billed for an address correction. UPS charges $5.00 (or $10.00 for express packages) if the address given by you is not exactly correct. This amount will be billed to you as needed. Please make sure you give the correct shipping address!
Damaged In Transit: Save all packaging and file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. Carrier's Insurance will cover Transit Damage.
Order Cancellations: MUST be made within 24 hours of the order. Cancellations made after the order has shipped will not be honored.
Refused Shipments: Freight out and Return Freight will be deducted from any refund, in addition to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with any product you purchased, You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, for an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) You will need to return the item in original packaging, in NEW condition (Unopened, Still sealed in package) with a brief letter of explanation, Freight prepaid. Returns for Refund will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee, Returns for Exchange will be charged a $10 exchange fee. Returns due to Incorrect Merchandise, or Damaged goods, will not be charged any fees, and customer's freight cost will be refunded for the original freight cost, or customer's freight invoice, whichever is less, at our discretion.
Backorders: From time to time, we may be out of stock of an item, and Items will be backordered. If we must place an item on Backorder, You will be notified, and you will have the option to cancel the backorder. Items that can not be shipped within 20 days will be refunded, and the backorder will be automatically cancelled.
